Course 1
Mango Margarita – fresh mango and chile pureed in a tangy Mesa Mercado Margarita. This is the most often ordered drink in the Mercados and Plazas of México!
Starter
Fresh crisp cucumber, with crunchy peanuts, a sweet-spicy chamoy sauce, pico de gallo and a touch of tajin
Course 2
La Sandia Margarita – muddled fresh ripe watermelon, fine Tequila, a hint of Mezcal. Served up with a volcanic salted rim with a garnish of fresh basil and watermelon
Ensalada
Fresh spinach with juicy ripe watermelon, pepitas and cotija
Course 3
Tamarindo Margarita – a sweet-tart margarita made with our house-crafted tamarind syrup, organic agave nectar, freshly squeezed lime juice and fine Tequila
Entrée
Lightly crisped Barramundi (a mild flaky fish) topped with mango, pico de gallo, cilantro, onion, bell pepper and jalapeño
Course 4
Mexology Margarita – fine Tequila and artisan Mezcal with freshly squeezed lime juice, and organic agave nectar served up and rimmed with volcanic salt.
Dessert
Creamy, refreshing Tequila-Lime Ice Cream. This house made treat has a fresh lime flavor that will burst in your mouth.
