Experience the serenity of moving meditation during our 75-minute. All Levels Flow Mat class OR Aerial Yoga class at the Carmichael Yoga studio at 10:00 am.
Yes, YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN VINYASA FLOW (MAT) YOGA OR AERIAL YOGA!
After class we will head across the street to Mesa Mercado for brunch at 11:30 am, and choose any item from their brunch menu and one mimosa per attendee!
$30 for mat yoga, brunch and mimosa!
$40 for aerial yoga, brunch and mimosa! Maximum of 10 signups for aerial yoga.
Gratuity not included.
