Renowned Chef Gloria Dominguez, owner of Tamarindo Antojeria Mexicana (Oakland) will share her famous recipe for the Torta Ahogada, demonstrate her secrets of the “signature dish of Guadalajara,” AND prepare Jericalla, (a traditional Jalisco dessert, similar to flan).
Chef Dominguez will also demonstrate her cooking techniques and share with you her secrets of this dish that has been called the "signature dish of Guadalajara." Of course, you’ll each get to eat this dish!
